Job Title: CT TechLocation: Salt Lake City, UTDuration: 13 WeeksShift: Seven on Seven off, Graveyard position working seven 10-hour days in a row followed by seven days off.Job Description:

• Performs high-quality CT scans using ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes.
• Applies independent judgment and knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.
• Ensures patient safety and follows radiation safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify patient ID and exam orders; prepare patients for scans.
• Perform CT exams per protocol and within expected timeframes.
• Administer oral or IV contrast under supervision.
• Follow ALARA principles and infection control standards.
• Operate CT equipment and imaging systems efficiently.
• Provide patient education and maintain comfort.
• Document all procedures accurately, including imaging and contrast use.
• Report equipment issues and maintain quality control standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1 year of CT experience.
• IV certification within 3 months post-hire (if applicable).
• Controlled substance and sedation training within 6 months (if applicable).
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and perform imaging tasks.

Certifications & Licensure:

• Required: ARRT registered, state license (if applicable), BLS certification.
• Preferred: ARRT CT certification.
