We are currently accepting applications from Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) who are NBCRNA certified and hold a valid New York State license. New graduate candidates are welcome to apply.

Please note: Locum Tenens candidates are not accepted. We are open to H-1B visa candidates, but J-1 waivers cannot be accommodated.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is based on years of licensure and annual hours worked:

• For candidates with 0–4 years of licensure:
  • $210,080 annually for 1,880 hours
  • $232,419 annually for 2,080 hours
• For candidates with 5+ years of licensure:
  • $230,880 annually for 1,880 hours
  • $255,424 annually for 2,080 hours

Bonus Structure

• $25,000 signing bonus
• $50,000 bonus at 6 months
• $25,000 bonus in Year 2
• $10,000 quality incentive bonus starting in Year 3
