Our EAP Counselors deliver short-term, solution-focused counseling and support to employees of contracted companies and their households. This role includes meaningful clinical work and organizational consultation in a flexible, supportive environment. What Makes This Role Unique:No insurance billing - ever. Spend your time doing clinical work, not paperwork. Diverse and engaging work including short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and workplace consultation. Flexible schedule, up to 10 hours per week including 1 evening. Key Responsibilities:Provide short-term, confidential counseling to individuals, couples, and families. Deliver crisis support (phone or in-person) and respond to critical incidents onsite as needed. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EAP CRM system (currently EAP Odoo).
