Greets incoming guests Cleans and resets lounge chairs and dining area as needed Ensures guests are comfortable and welcome if required to wait. Responds to guests' questions in a professional manner. Assists servers and bartenders with refilling water and/or clearing lounge chairs. Delivers food to guests using assigned seating chart. Completes all assigned side-work, obtaining MOD or Supervisor signature when complete. Informs server, bar staff or manager of any potential guest issues. Familiarizes him/herself with menu & makes recommendations on menu as needed Assists pool team prep cabanas for each guest, cleaning up afterwards. Assists servers with monitoring lounge chairs for customer satisfaction, quality and additional service. Maintains water service and food service condiments. Provides general resort information for guests. Offers warm and sincere welcome/farewell for all guests of Sunriver Resort including use of guest name & good eye contact with each guest.
