Follow build documentation and verbal/written instructions to ensure accurate assembly. Operate light fabrication and torque equipment. Perform soldering and other fine assembly tasks with precision. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Rotate between various positions based on business needs. Ensure quality and safety standards are met throughout the process. Qualifications: 13 years of relevant experience in electronics or electrical assembly. Ability to read and interpret build documentation. Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently. Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods (8 hours). Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Good hand dexterity and fine motor skills.
