Work as part of the Controls Systems team to ensure operational readiness of Clean Harbors sites. Proactively manage controls production environment and take preventative actions to avoid business impacting incidents. Implement logic changes to minimize plant trips and improve plant reliability. Establish a management of change process to ensure logic changes are controlled and risk assessed to ensure plant integrity is not compromised. Coaching operations and other technical personnel on the concepts and use of control strategies. Process control algorithm development, prototyping and implementation. Organize, design, and carry out the development, implementation and maintenance of Basic Process Control and Process Optimization. Develop multi-year strategy to standardize control systems across 20 sites. Establish and manage goals, reporting needs, key performance indicators and dashboards for control system and health.
