Plans, organizes, and directs the day-to-day operations of a department with the oversight of the Senior Director. Performs highly complex managerial work providing direction and guidance in strategic operations and planning in the Office of the Dean College of Education. Primary Responsibilities Directs program activities of staff supporting communications and recruitment initiatives within the College of Education. Assists in developing and implementing strategic goals and objectives for communications and recruitment programs. Oversees and approves schedules, priorities, and standards to support communications and recruitment goals. Coordinates the development and maintenance of tracking systems and databases for communications and recruitment efforts. Implements and evaluates policies and procedures to ensure compliance with institutional and programmatic standards.
