Inbound Operations Team Leader, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities: Understanding sales goals, plans and executing daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement. Leading and sharing expertise in operations, accuracy and efficiency. With guidance from your direct leader, establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable to expectations. With the guidance of your direct leader, utilize your workload planning tools to complete all scheduled workload ensuring areas are guest ready at store open.
