As a Home Health Aide, a member of the home care and Hospice teams, you will aide as a paraprofessional member of the home care and hospice teams who work under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist and perform various personal care services as necessary to meet the patients needs. Use your critical thinking skills in observing patients, reporting these observations, and documenting observations and care performed. Develop and Grow your Career!
