About the Company

Powers & Sons Construction, a Best Place to Work for five consecutive years, seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects from bidding through closeout. The role ensures timely completion while maintaining quality standards and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned construction projects
• Manage project costs, schedules, and budgets
• Participate in preconstruction activities and conferences
• Review and prepare various contracts
• Manage labor/equipment needs and scheduling
• Process change orders
• Coordinate with operations team on project staffing
• Collaborate with support staff on submittals and approvals process
• Conduct project close-out activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (construction related field preferred)
• 8-10 years of commercial construction industry experience
• Proficiency in Project Management software
• Ability to manage construction projects >$20mm

Location

Powers & Sons Construction bids projects within 50 miles of our offices, no overnight travel required
