Job Title: Electronic Data Interchange Analyst (Inventory Control)
Location: San Mateo, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 10 Months Contract + Possibilities of Extension
Shift time: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (Mon - Friday, Onsite twice per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays))

Description:
The America's Tariffs Inventory Management role effectively and efficiently manages Inventory controls at SIE B2B & DTC Distribution Center with a Customer Service focus, driving the Operations Performance at a level of Excellence, Teamworking with SIE Supply Chain teams.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Inventory Reconciliation for Americas Operations, coordinating with the Warehouses to manage the inventory controls with the tariff-impacted goods.
- Compile inventory comparisons, coordinating with Planning and Logistics to effectively coordinate the inventory controls to segregate tariff-impacted goods.
- Investigate and process SAP S/4 EDI iDoc errors daily.
- Prepare a weekly report and presentation with tariff-impacted goods.
- Coordinate Monthly executive summaries related to tariff-impacted goods.
- Partner with the SIE Inventory Management Manager, Finance Governance, and Logistics to meet the inventory control requirements.
- Support the daily inventory reconciliation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of Inventory Management or Planning experience.
- Business and Administration bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Operations.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- SAP vast experience. EDI transaction knowledge is a plus.
- Excel medium-high level knowledge and experience.
Desired qualifications:
- SAP S/4 GUI experience: MB52, ME2M, IDOC Management (945, 944), Purchase Order and Delivery management
- Inventory Control, Quality Management Systems, Project Management, etc.
- Must Have: Strong SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
