Are you an experienced HR leader with a passion for driving engagement, supporting leaders, and building strong employee relations? This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic 24/7 manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
✅ Partner with managers, supervisors, and mill leadership to coach, train, and support their teams
✅ Lead labor relations activities including grievances, investigations, arbitration, and negotiations
✅ Drive change initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance engagement
✅ Manage key HR functions including talent management, staffing, compensation, benefits, training, HRIS, and performance management
✅ Support hourly and salaried recruiting, onboarding, and talent development
✅ Oversee workers' compensation and return-to-work programs
✅ Use HR data and analytics to guide decision-making and business results
What We're Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
📌 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience (labor relations in manufacturing highly preferred)
🤝 Strong background in organizational development, training, and employee engagement
⚖️ Experience with CBA administration, arbitration, and negotiations
💡 Strategic mindset with proven success driving change and process improvements
📊 Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership coaching skills
