We're seeking a strategic, hands-on General Manager to lead a division known for its custom outdoor structures, including fencing, gates, and pergolas. In this role, you'll take full ownership of operational and financial performance, drive business unit growth, and cultivate lasting relationships with top B2B customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage business unit operations to achieve and exceed growth and profitability targets
• Maintain installation contribution margin above 46%
• Drive product distribution margins over 27%
• Increase Estimating & Drafting team throughput by 25%+Scale operations to support 100% top-line revenue growth
• Foster and grow relationships with key decision-makers across top accounts
• Champion Lean principles and continuous improvement throughout the business
• Partner with HR to create and implement onboarding and training programs
• Establish and track operational KPIs for visibility and performance improvement
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis with full P&L responsibility
