Key responsibilities:
- Deliver professional trainings with interactive approaches that drive participation and retention
- Participate in development of training content improves Operators' ability to deliver services to customers
- Recommend content improvements based on in-class feedback
- Migrate (as appropriate) training content to virtual environments
- Clearly and concisely communicate lessons learned, best practices, and complex ideas to a broad range of audiences, both in writing and in person.
- Support the development of moderated virtual libraries, dashboards, and databases that give local Corporate Security teams the information they need to continuously improve their services.
- Potential ability to travel periodically
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Detail oriented, excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, especially narrative writing
- High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in training, education, communications
- Advanced degree
- Six Sigma or Lean Certification
- Experience in or demonstrated ability to lead people/teams without formal responsibility and interacting and building rapport with teams of all levels
- Strong change management and influencing skills; ability to negotiate and communicate across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in effective written and verbal communication
