Hi, I'm Sameera Sam with 3iPeople, a trusted technology solutions and staffing partner helping organizations secure and scale their operations globally.

We're looking for a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) expert to join our security operations team and help us protect sensitive data across global environments.

What you'll do:

• Build and improve DLP policies to secure data across email, cloud, endpoint, and web.
• Monitor and investigate alerts to stop data leaks before they happen.
• Work hands-on with top DLP tools (Microsoft Purview, Symantec, Zscaler, Forcepoint, Digital Guardian).
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, HR, and Security teams to ensure 24/7 data protection.
• Stay ahead of the latest cyber threats while making a real business impact.

What we're looking for:

• Solid experience in security monitoring and incident response
• Strong knowledge of DLP tools and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, SOX, etc.)
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for cybersecurity
