Key Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial construction projects from kickoff to closeout while ensuring schedule, budget, and quality are achieved
- Develop, update, and maintain project schedules to keep all stakeholders aligned
- Manage project budgets, control costs, and process change orders effectively
- Lead Owner, Architect, Engineer, and Subcontractor meetings to maintain clear communication
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and regulations
- Partner with Superintendents to manage execution, punch lists, and final sign-offs
- Anticipate challenges, manage critical path activities, and implement solutions
What You Need:
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with owners, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and officials
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience guiding construction teams to successful outcomes
- Strong scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving skills
