Job Description :
Integral Health Operations Specialist (Remote or Hybrid – Buffalo/NYC)

Build the engine behind the future of healthcare.

At Integral Health, we're reimagining how behavioral health and primary care work together. The Operations Specialist role is central to making that vision real — ensuring our programs run seamlessly, patients stay engaged, and our partnerships with local health systems thrive.

This isn't a back-office job. You'll be on the ground floor of program success, collaborating with clinics, patients, and community partners while shaping how Integral Health scales nationwide. High performers can grow quickly into Program Manager or Regional Operations Lead roles with expanded ownership of markets, clients, and teams.

What You'll Do
  • Program management: Own the day-to-day execution of Collaborative Care programs, ensuring clinics and patients are supported from enrollment through outcomes tracking.
  • Partner coordination: Act as the bridge between Integral Health and local practices, health systems, and community organizations.
  • Enrollment success: Drive patient enrollment through outreach campaigns, tracking metrics, and solving bottlenecks.
  • Data & reporting: Monitor key performance metrics (enrollment, engagement, outcomes, ROI) and surface insights to leadership and clinic partners.
  • Process optimization: Spot inefficiencies, propose improvements, and standardize workflows as we scale.
  • Growth enablement: Support new market launches and help stand up new provider partnerships.

Why It's Different
  • Remote flexibility, Buffalo advantage – Work from anywhere, or join us in Buffalo for hybrid work with higher compensation and closer collaboration with our provider partners.
  • Career trajectory – Pathway to Program Manager, Client Success Lead, or Regional Ops Lead in 12–24 months, depending on performance.
  • Impact that matters – Your work ensures thousands of patients get connected to mental health care they wouldn't otherwise access.
  • Performance-driven culture – Competitive pay, performance bonuses, and meaningful ownership of results.

Compensation
  • Remote option: $20–30/hour
  • Hybrid in Buffalo option: $22–35/hour (higher for hybrid with added local coordination responsibilities)
  • Part-time with pathway to full-time employment
  • Performance bonus eligible up to $2,000-5,000/month
  • Flexible schedule

Rewards
  • Professional growth – Intentional investment in leadership development and healthcare operations training.
  • Be at the center of change – Work with physicians, health systems, and community leaders to drive integrated care.
  • Balanced work culture – No nights. No weekends. Structured schedules that respect boundaries.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (healthcare administration, public health, business, or related preferred).
  • Strong communicator — confident working with clinicians, executives, and community partners.
  • Detail-oriented and organized — you thrive on keeping programs running smoothly.
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and turning data into action.
  • Tech-savvy — quick to learn new platforms (EMRs, CRMs, reporting tools).
  • Excited by growth — you want a role where your responsibilities expand with the company.

This Isn't for You If
  • You're looking for a “set it and forget it” operations role.
  • You avoid working directly with providers, patients, or community organizations.
  • You're not comfortable with the pace, ambiguity, and ownership that comes with a scaling startup.
  • ⚡ Join Integral Health as an Operations Specialist and help power the growth of integrated behavioral healthcare — from Buffalo to the nation.
