Hourly Pay: $17 to $19 W2

Location: Remote EST Hours

Duration: 06-Months Contract, might extend

Responsibilities:

• Telephone customer service (1 year)
• Scheduling medical appointments (1 year preferred)
• Follow workflow tools, enter data as required, accurately (1 year)
• Adhere to scheduled hours (1 year)
• Participate as part of a team, engaged and actively supporting the environment (1 year)

Skills:

• Friendly, compassionate & Detail oriented
• Follow workflow tools / directions / schedule
• Quality centric and Engaged in team behavior
• Bilingual Spanish
• 2 years of customer service background, medical scheduling preferred, Bilingual Spanish
