Lead Clinical Pharmacist – Full-Time / Day Shift – $15,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance
Location - Seaside, OR
Pay - $75 - $120/hr based on experience
We're looking for a motivated Lead Clinical Pharmacist to help shape and support pharmacy operations at a coastal Oregon hospital. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to take the next step in their pharmacy career—balancing clinical excellence with operational oversight and team mentorship.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and coordinate daily pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective medication delivery
- Provide clinical guidance to pharmacists and technicians, supporting best practices in patient care
- Oversee a designated area or specialty (e.g., IV room, unit dose, or satellite pharmacy)
- Help manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow to meet patient and team needs
What You'll Bring:
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, plus current Oregon Pharmacist License (required upon hire)
- At least 4 years of relevant experience or PGY1 residency with 2+ years in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and collaboration
- Preferred: Experience with process improvement tools like LEAN, Six Sigma, or CAP; prior leadership experience
