Overview

We are seeking a strategic and experienced procurement leader to oversee sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations for a growing construction organization. This role will be responsible for driving cost-effective purchasing, building supplier partnerships, and leading a team to support operational and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end sourcing and procurement function.
• Negotiate contracts and manage key vendor relationships.
• Oversee purchasing of materials, equipment, and services to support construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Partner with business leadership to identify cost savings, process improvements, and long-term strategies.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing procurement team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations (construction industry experience strongly preferred).
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract skills.
• Ability to lead through change and implement strategic initiatives.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Compensation

Salary range for this role is $150,000 – $200,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
