Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to join a dynamic healthcare team. This role is ideal for professionals licensed in New York State and certified by the ARRT in mammography. The technologist will perform high-quality mammographic imaging, ensure patient comfort, and comply with regulatory and safety standards.

Location: Bronx, NY 10461

Duration: 3+ Months

Shift: Day

Pay Rate: $53/hr - $55/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mammography exams following physician orders and imaging protocols.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and image quality.
• Provide a comfortable and safe environment for patients.
• Maintain documentation and follow all applicable regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a mammography technologist.
• Valid New York State Radiologic Technologist license (NYSDOH).
• Post-primary certification in Mammography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Preferred: Associate's degree in radiologic technology or related field.
• Preferred: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
