Join Our Team

As a Senior Analyst, Sustainability, you will be a key member of our legal team supporting sustainability initiatives, reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Securities & Corporate Governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic sustainability projects, including annual reports, carbon accounting, and meetings.
• Ensure document organization and archiving is effective and up-to-date.
• Collaborate across departments to keep sustainability data current for ratings agencies.
• Maintain calendars, SOPs, and forms related to sustainability.
• Support communication with stakeholders under the direction of the AGC.

Candidate Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 3-5 years in financial services with a passion for sustainability and project management.
• Experience with emissions data and reporting; other relevant experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with global executives and handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Workiva, Diligent, etc.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.

Salary & Benefits

Estimated salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience and location. We offer comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, flexible work, and more.
