The role requires interaction with various requesters within the corporation, demanding diplomacy and the ability to reconcile conflicting requests to produce high-quality content.Responsibilities
- Complete Automotive and Powersports owner's manual regulatory compliance reviews within ten business days.
- Conduct quality control reviews of Automotive and Powersports consumer-facing publications within ten business days.
- Perform quality control reviews of internal communications within one business day.
- Ensure all reviews are completed with zero errors, maintaining 100% quality.
- Maintain and update cover art templates.
Essential Skills
- Adherence to regulatory compliance standards during document reviews.
- Excellent proficiency in written English, including grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Meticulous approach to work with a strong attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Ability to ask questions and interact effectively with technical writers and SMEs.
- Capability to maintain high-quality work under deadline pressure.
- Focus and productivity in a noisy, open-office environment.
- Sound judgment during the editing process.
Work EnvironmentThe role requires four days of onsite work and one day of remote work. The environment is open-office, requiring focus amidst noise.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Torrance, California.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
