Lead program delivery for CTIs Consent order book of work committed in the simplification/modernization, and standardization plans. - Drive platform alignment and solution delivery for all aspects of large portfolio migrations with significant financial reporting impacts. - Lead enterprise-wide solution design & delivery of hedge accounting service to continue optimization of Citis balance sheet management strategy globally. - Lead CTI business unit managers, CTI trading desks, Product Control, Risk and Operations to understand the key business problems while partnering with Technology to identify best-in-class, sustainable solutions - Partner with other firmwide regulatory initiatives and functions with common or intersecting scope & objectives to ensure appropriate synergies are identified, with maximization of efficiency and effectiveness benefits for CTI. - Manage resourcing requirements across these Consent order commitments, ensuring appropriate staffing and organizational stru...Director, Lead, Business, Project Management, Banking, Business Services, Delivery
