As a Die Service Machinist - Punch Press you'll be part of our team located in Montpelier, IN. Youll get to: All job functions required in shop: lathe, mills, grinders, etc. Die setting. Perform adjusting and tool replacement as needed to ensure quality parts. Ability to work overtime. Completes tooling changes and die service as needed. Set up and operate various types of tool room and punch press equipment. Trouble shoot and diagnoses forming problems with progressive stamping dies on bench and in press. Completes tooling changes and service dies as needed. Complete general maintenance and cleaning on dies Operates die cart and crane to move dies. Emphasis in stampings and six month press die set up or machine repair experience preferred. Operate PIV - Work with and understand blueprints with close tolerance. Maintain housekeeping standards. Ability to work overtime as needed. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor. Grinding.
