The Vice President will play a central role within the IB Family Coverage Group in all aspects of client coverage of family investment firms, coordination across the Investment Bank, Commercial Bank and Private Bank, as well as Mergers & Acquisitions, debt and equity capital markets transaction execution. As a seasoned Investment Banking professional, youll have experience developing strong relationships with family investment firm clients, driving origination of Investment Banking transactions and working as a key partner to coordinate across the IBs broader coverage, industry and product groups. Youll work on deals and transactions across the spectrum of Investment Banking products, including Mergers & Acquisitions, divestitures of family investment firm portfolio companies, restructurings, loans, institutional debt and equity capital raises.
