Surgical Case Dispatcher - 1st Shift

As the Surgical Case Dispatcher, you will be responsible for the planning, routing, delivery, and pickup of all scheduled cases. Optimizing and ensuring that all drivers are effectively utilized. You will be responsible for ensuring the branch is meeting transportation b along with budget cost reduction strategies as they pertain. Meet established metrics for operations (i.e., turns, service levels). Coordinate Expired replacement pick ups and drop offs as requested by warehouse teams. Route efficiency planning communicate with all surgical case coordinators to efficiently manage multiple routes while simultaneously reducing overall mileage, overtime, and costs. Communication with sales partners to establish relationships with both teams. Ensure all cases are delivered on time, complete, and to the correct facility.
