Our feline practice located in\nWestern New York is seeking another feline focused, progressive, and\nenthusiastic associate veterinarian to join our team.
Summer Street Cat Clinic was\nestablished over 40 years ago and has been highly regarded in the communities\nwith a very loyal and growing clientele. There are two locations: Getzville and\nBuffalo which are just 20 minutes apart. Our Getzville location borders the\nState University at Buffalo. We have lots of walking trails right outside the\nhospital and a backyard to relax in. Our downtown Buffalo location is a\nbeautifully renovated carriage house that offers a historical vibe having been\nbuilt in the late 1800's and in the heart of the historical district. This\nlocation is very cozy, efficient, and charming. Clients are known to go back\nand forth between the two as well as our team members, but we are flexible to\nyour needs.
As an associate veterinarian of\nSummer Street Cat Clinic, you will be a part of the only all feline hospital in\nWestern New York. We know that veterinary care is not one size fits all,\nespecially with cats, that is why we strive to tailor our care based on the\nneeds of the patient and their family. We also have regular staff meetings to\nensure that we are providing best practices for our clients, patients, and\nstaff. Currently we are a 4 doctor\nveterinarian practice. We have been privately running for almost 40 years but\nrecently decided to join National Veterinary Associates, who owns many\nnon-branded hospitals throughout the U.S. and other countries. More than 50% of\nour employees have been with us for more than 15 years, some even since the\nbeginning (1981). We cultivate a supportive environment where you can grow and\nfeel appreciated. Our services consist of preventative medicine, behavior\nconsultations, weight management and nutrition, surgery, and dentistry. Digital\nRadiology and Cardiac Ultrasound. Candidate must be a graduate from an AVMA accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program or the PAVE certification. License in good standing to practice in New York state.
