General Job Description
Entry level warehouse associate to perform the following warehouse jobs; pick, pack, box making, heavy lifting, material handler, cross dock, and quality assurance and other various warehouse tasks.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Transports incoming and outgoing inventory to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish task including but not limited to hand dolly, forklift, electric dolly, pallet jack, and/or cherry picker.
- Ability to work at various levels, including elevated platforms and racks.
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to standard operating procedures.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Palletize completed orders.
- Pre-build and stage packaging materials.
- Performs quality inspections on outgoing shipments.
- Working knowledge with digital scanners.
- Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
- Participates in quality improvement processes.
- Adhering to daily schedules and deadlines.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications for the Job
- 1-2 years working knowledge and expertise in Forklift operation, maintenance, order processing, receiving, replenishing, and returns.
- 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
- 1-year customer service experience.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Solid understanding and knowledge of inventory practices.
- Familiar with WMS applications.
