Full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, including management of people, to include performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions/terminations and budget approval Proactively liaise with senior stakeholders across Lines of Business and Functions to design and execute against Transformation plan commitments, drive alignment on execution steps and timing, and/or support adoption of enterprise approaches and guidelines for use by the Use Cases teams. Lead team meetings and working sessions to ensure clear cross-functional communications and set expectations. Foster continuous improvement through regular stakeholder engagement and coaching (e.g., sharing best practices, educating on consistent approaches, helping with interpretation of enterprise guidance) and cadence of interactions within businesses, regions and functions.
