Job functions include, but are not limited to the following. Assist the pressman Team function on make-readies Team function clean blankets Change rollers with other crew members Able to use SAP / PEAK reporting Prepare paperwork for next job Reviewing job ticket Pulling defective sheets as required Make-ready/registration for press, Wash-up of printing presses. Feeder operation. Keep department managers informed of safety, quality or production issues or improvement opportunities. Work toward achieving department goals Cleaning area around press. Performing maintenance as required. Delivering quality cut loads to Printing Department BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 1-3 years related experience and/or training Experience in a printing or manufacturing environment preferred.
