We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Manufacturing Intern to support various cross-functional projects within our operations, engineering, and sales teams. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both office and shop floor environments, contributing to real-world projects that improve efficiency, training, and product quality. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Training Content Creation: Capture and edit videos of shop floor procedures to support internal training initiatives. Operational Excellence (OPEX) Projects: Assist with continuous improvement projects on the shop floor under the guidance of our OPEX lead. Engineering Support: Work on AutoCAD or Inventor drawings to support design and documentation efforts (preferred experience with either software). Sales Data Analysis: Collaborate with the sales team to collect, organize, and analyze data related to sales trends and performance.
