We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Lead Business Development for our North America Group (NAG). This critical role will be instrumental in driving our growth strategy through sourcing and evaluating opportunities including M&A, in-licensing, co-development, and divestitures. The objective of the role is to increase Dr. Reddy's revenues and profits in the North American market through Business Development transactions and explore opportunities to leverage these transactions into other markets, if relevant. Responsibilities. You will be responsible for exploring and identifying potential business opportunities such as partnerships, collaborations, licensing, and acquisitions, staying updated on industry trends by connecting with industry peers, smaller pharma start-ups, and bankers, and participating in conferences.
