The Senior Director, Capital Markets Financial Analyst Hub will be responsible for leading Cushman & Wakefields Capital Markets Financial Analyst Hub organization and ensuring the creation of a scalable operating model that delivers an exceptional service to Capital Markets Brokers. In this role, the Senior Director, Capital Markets Financial Analyst Hub will manage teams in the delivery of financial analyses across Capital Markets teams. To ensure the Capital Markets Financial Analyst Hubs sustained success, the Senior Director will be responsible for integrating the Hub into the larger Cushman & Wakefield platform, building strong relationships with markets and internal business partners, and establishing global business service capabilities. In these efforts, the Senior Director will strive to build trust in the Hub, scale the Hubs service delivery capabilities, and continuously identify, design, and implement process and performance improvement solutions.
