Operators are responsible for checking egg temps, machine speeds, tank levels and leaks. This position is also responsible for keeping machines running efficiently and accurately documenting and reporting data. This position has the responsibility to comply with Safety work rules at all times as well as an obligation to reinforce Safety as a Core Value. Ensures that all policies, procedures and activities, related to Food Safety & Quality, are followed and complied with uniformly, in an effort to reduce product and process variability. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs quality check on in-coming raw egg and finished product. Performs hourly checks and monitors product quality. Completes required documentation accurately and timely. Monitors machines and ensures they are running efficiently: within range for temperatures, speed and tank levels, no leaks and full of eggs.
