The Sr. Process Engineer will provide engineering support primarily to the wet-end of the manufacturing process, leading and aiding in the analysis and development of processes and procedures. This role will initially focus on the wet-end but may extend to provide engineering support throughout the plant. As a senior leader within the team, this individual will be the process owner for the wet end, providing leadership to employees and ensuring that manufacturing meets established product specifications, quality standards, productivity objectives, lead times, and safety standards. - - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - - - - Process Improvement: - - Research and document quality improvements, cost-effective methods, and process and system improvements.
