ERU Shift Engineer
: Job Details :

Supervise shift personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations of the ERU kiln and related systems. Oversee material handling, inventory control, incineration, and steam generation processes. Implement ERU policies, resolve conflicts, and provide leadership to the shift team. Be the technical resource to support ERU personnel. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. Boiler operator's license from the State of Ohio (or ability to obtain).1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in plant maintenance, production, or related fields.
