Electrical Group Leader - 1st Shift - M-F - 6am - 430pm

As a Electrician Group Lead youll be part of our team located in East Long Meadow, MA. Youll get to: Assign, direct, and supervise team members, in a wide variety of tasks. Maintain records of all training activities, evaluate skill gaps and implements cross training to meet department needs. Participate in weekly department meetings and coordinate projects with engineers/trades to evaluate options and develop plans to support department and company realignments, relocations and moves on time and on budget. Work with project managers to provide electrical cost estimates for new machines installation, and/or existing machines moves.
