Lead the Home Lending horizontal alignment strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges across multiple areas in both mortgage lending and mortgage servicing. Ability to collaborate and ensure consistency with other business lines in the Company and the various teams within the Legal Department and contribute to the overall Company policy. Lead Home Lendings strategic priorities and initiatives to expand Home Lendings relationship with other Wells Fargos customers, with specialized expertise in originating and servicing mortgage transactions appropriate to the unique needs of wealth management customers, such as complex vesting in the name of trusts and other entities, and extending credit to those with atypical financial profiles. Ability to collaborate and ensure consistency between the Home Lending, Wealth Management and Consumer Banking business lines and the various teams within the Legal Department.
