I will be having my baby beginning of next year, and me and my husband both work full time. Were looking for someone thats reliable given we both cant take off work if our sitter doesnt show. Im pretty flexible as far as lounging around all day- everybody gets tired. But were also very strict on certain things especially being things like safe sleep, maintaining a schedule, managing screen time for both you and the baby. We dont care if youre on your phone but theres some boundaries with that!
