I need a sitter that is super patient. My son is very hard headed and strong willed. He does throw fits and has screaming fits as well. I would like the sitter to use the time out method. He does fight it, but we are working on it. He loves playing outside and would rather be doing that than anything. I would rather the sitter have a fully fenced yard and not go anywhere with my child. He is really bad at running off. He's also a daredevil and always has cuts, scrapes and bruises because of it. He rarely cries when he gets hurt, he's extremely tough! Don't get me wrong, he may be a handful, but he can be super sweet!
