Under direction of the Director of Pharmacy Services or Designee, perform a variety of professional services, consultations and responsibilities related to the clinical review of patient drug therapy, knowledgeable of computer applications, pertinent state and federal law/regulations and provide immediate direction and supervision of assigned personnel. The clinical pharmacist will have responsibilities in critical care, trauma, emergency room, and/or medical floors depending upon assignment. Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy degree required. Must be a Registered Pharmacist licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy. Completion of PGY-1 residency program preferred as well as 3 years of clinical hospital pharmacy experience. This experience includes pain management, pharmacokinetics, anticoagulation, antimicrobial stewardship, critical care and/or emergency medicine.
