Safety & Compliance. Responsible for demonstrating commitment to and leadership of environmental health and safety (EHS) principles, policies, and procedures. Ensure all manufacturing processes and improvements align with safety and regulatory requirements. Manufacturing Process Development & Optimization. Provide engineering support for:Machining & Fabrication Processes. Assembly & Tooling Development. Workflow & Layout Optimization. Process Documentation & Standardization. Plan, design, and refine manufacturing processes for production facilities with a focus on efficiency, safety, and quality. Analyze machining, fabrication, assembly, and related processes to improve workflow, equipment layout, and assembly methods. Determine necessary parts, tools, equipment, and processes to achieve manufacturing goals in alignment with product specifications.
