Come join our team at Donaldson as a Machine Operator. Position starts at $22.37 with $1.00 shift premium for 2nd shift. Pay increases every 90 days for the 1st year. Role Responsibilities. To load raw material into and cut, burn, shear, or bend sheet steel and structural steel per drawings. Ability to program, set-up and operate metal cutting machines to cut and shape parts to specifications using CNC programming including performing machine maintenance. Perform first piece quality inspections and fill out necessary paperwork for record.
