Conduct research and competitive benchmarking to define a future-facing HR systems strategy. Manage the product roadmap for HR technologies, including Oracle HCM and related platforms. Prioritize initiatives and maintain detailed backlogs, epics, and user stories. Partner closely with HR teams to ensure tools align with workforce, compliance, and engagement strategies. Assess platform capabilities and identify opportunities to enhance or replace systems. Lead and coach a team of product owners. Leverage tools like Jira and Confluence to document product workflows and manage team tasks. Drive integration, security, and self-service improvements across HR platforms.
