Water Mitigation Technician

Respond to water damage and mitigation calls Enter crawlspaces and confined areas as needed Handle sewage cleanup (includes $100 bonus per call) Perform biohazard and trauma scene cleanup Follow safety protocols and wear PPE (provided) Use company-provided tools and equipment Work closely with team and management to complete jobs efficiently Whats In It for You: $20/hour starting pay $100 bonus for each sewage cleanup call Full PPE and tools provided Medical, Dental, and Vision available Opportunities for growth and advancement What You Need to Have: Valid Drivers License and clean MVR Able to pass a background check Willingness to work hard and get hands dirty Comfort with crawlspaces and physically demanding work Experience in mitigation or restoration (preferred but not required) The Musts: Must be reliable and team-oriented Must be okay working in messy, challenging environments Must be available for emergency calls when needed...Technician, Mitigation, Water, Healthcare, Staffing
