Flowers Bakeries Sales of NorCal, LLC has an immediate opening for a high-performing Route Sales Representative. A Route Sales Representative (RSR) is responsible for ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products. The successful candidate must come to work with a neat, professional appearance (sometimes in a uniform) and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Drivers will check their delivery vehicle daily, keeping accurate records, quickly reporting maintenance issues, and filling out daily drivers logs, time logs, and hours of service. This position will require flexibility to work varying workdays and early morning start times. Generally, start times are around 3:00 am and days off are on Wednesday and Sunday. An RSR is also expected to increase sales by expanding shelf space, creatively displaying in-store promotions and displays, and making sure product shelf life is maximized by properly rotating the products.
