Employment Type:Full time. Shift:Description:This role promotes healthcare operational best practices and optimizes healthcare workforce management systems. Provide advanced technical and analytical coaching and assistance to Trinity Health Ministry colleagues and leadership on staffing and scheduling best practices. Additional responsibilities include: maintenance, optimization, and training on workforce systems including UKG Dimensions (formerly known as Kronos); building advanced analytical tools and variance analyses to help Ministry leaders achieve performance objectives; and, utilizing benchmarking tools to support continuous performance improvement across the organization.
