Hybrid position, available to be on site for support as needed Leads, mentors, and provides performance reviews for their direct reports Alignment with leadership to help establish strategic direction for assigned applications Establishes and maintains a collaborative relationship among application teams, and operational representatives from customer base as appropriate Coordinate and execute system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives What You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 8 years of healthcare IT or clinical application experience, with a strong focus on inpatient Epic applications Epic Certification in Op. Time, Anesthesia, ASAP or other closely related modules preferred Strong understanding of inpatient workflows, documentation, and charting practices Experience in Epic system configuration, testing, go-live support, and ongoing maintenance Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations such as ...Clinical, Technology, Application, Supervisor, Patient, Digital
