Welcome, greet, and interact with guests in the breakfast and lobby area Set up, serve, maintain, and break down the breakfast bar line Prepare specified food items, replenish, and assist guests courteously and efficiently Handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and standards of quality throughout daily assignments Follow maintenance programs, cleaning schedules, and food handling procedures Assist with inventories as scheduled Observe all house, safety, and security rules Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers Bilingual English/ Spanish a plus Knowledge of local activities and attractions preferred Serv.
